Rooftop · 8:00–10:30
Breakfast
In the morning light, the terrace comes alive with the aromas of the Moroccan table. Golden msemen, local sweets, and freshly roasted coffee are enjoyed under the open sky, facing the Medina as it wakes.
Carefully selected local ingredients, fresh produce, and recipes prepared on site bring to life generous Moroccan cooking, true to tradition and to the rhythm of the seasons. In the morning, breakfast is served on the terrace; later, mint tea is shared in the courtyard, before dinner lingers on by lantern light. At Palais Andara, every meal has something simple and precious about it: the pleasure of eating well, just as you would at home.
Through the day

Courtyard · all afternoon
After the bustle of the lanes, the courtyard offers its welcoming shade for a light lunch, followed by traditional mint tea. Time stretches gently, in complete contrast with the movement of the souks.

By reservation
As night falls, dinner becomes an intimate affair, by the glow of chiselled lanterns, in the privacy of the courtyard or under the open sky on the terrace. Cooked to order exclusively for our guests, the menu of the day celebrates homemade Moroccan cooking, generous and true to tradition.
From the kitchen
The art of hospitality carries through to the plate. Following the seasons and the finds of the souk, our kitchen pays tribute to recipes handed down from generation to generation. An invitation to discover some of the signature flavours of our table.
The menu of the day is shared by our team.
Golden, flaky msemen served with amlou made from almonds, argan oil, and honey. An essential of Marrakchi breakfasts.
Slow-simmered according to the market and the seasons. Chicken with preserved lemon, lamb with prunes, or seasonal vegetables: each recipe reveals its own flavours.
Melting aubergines and ripe tomatoes, delicately spiced. This great Moroccan classic is enjoyed with fresh bread, straight from the oven.
Flaky and crisp, a spice-scented pastilla delicately dusted with cinnamon. A classic of the great Moroccan tables.
Mint tea served the traditional way, with Moroccan pastries made with almonds and honey.
